French telecommunication company, SFR, envisioned a product and digital ecosystem that brought together siloed hardware and software solutions into one connected experience. I worked on the user experience of the television interface and how that worked with both the mobile app and a newly designed remote control.

Problem: SFR wanted to create a portfolio of products and experiences that stood out in the telecommunication industry. They wanted to break down the internal silos and create a cohesive ecosystem of products and services which were aligned with their targeted consumers.
